使用前：

• 请注意是否有过于冰冷的情况。
• 由于可能会因为过冷而引起身体不适应的情况，所以请尽量避免给儿童、需要看护的人使用。
• 处于受伤· 生病等的***、疗养过程中的人，请遵医使用。
• 请不要用于生病· 受伤· 伤痕等部位。

使用方法：

• 冷用时，请水平放置于冷冻室内，约冷冻2个小时既可使用。
• 如果感觉过于冷冻时，请用毛巾· 枕套等包裹后再使用。
• 由于可能会发生低温***的情况，所以请不要将产品长时间使用于同一个部位，或是直接接触皮肤。

注意事项：

• 冷冻温度请不要低于-18°。
• 请不要用干冰冷冻。
• 请不要弯折、加热使用。
• 由于会成为破损的原因，所以请不要摔打、冲击，接触尖锐的东西，不要粗暴对待。
• 如果发生破损的情况，请停止使用并及时处理。
• 本产品请不要用剪刀、刀子等分割开来使用。
• 请不要用于降温用途以外使用。
• 本产品不可食用，如果万一有误食的情况，请立即咨询医生。
• 如果发生袋体破裂，内容物沾粘到头发、皮肤、衣服上的情况，请用布擦拭，并用清水冲洗。如果有不适的感觉，请立即咨询医生。
• 使用过程中身体有不适的情况时，请立即咨询医生。
• 本产品不是医疗用品，如果发烧持续不降的话，请咨询医生。
• 请不要长时间放置于阳光照射下。
• 请不要放置于高温的车内。
• 废弃时，请按照各城市的管理条例处理。
